Environmental and Engineering Managers Limited (EEM) was incorporated in 2001 to offer engineering consulting services.  Combined, the Principals have over 47 years of experience in the fields of civil, environmental, electrical and telecommunications engineering.

The Principals of EEM, both of whom are registered Professional Engineers, have excellent knowledge of the environmental and telecommunications landscapes having held executive management positions in the respective national regulatory agencies.  They have successfully developed national policies and implemented various projects throughout Jamaica.
